WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MY CATERED EVENT?

We apply Minnesota sales tax, a delivery fee, staffing wages, and a 20% service fee to all catered events. Additional fees may apply if we need to rent anything to enhance or adequately provide you with top notch service.

HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER AND CATER TO?

Generally, we deliver within 60 miles or 1 hour travel time from our catering facility. Ask our Event Consultant if you are outside the delivery area.

 

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

Your date will be confirmed once you sign the contract, proposed invoice, and make the deposit payment of 50% of the total fee.

 

WHAT PAYMENT FORMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit cards, in-state (personal) checks, or cashier’s checks.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FULL-SERVICE CATERING?

A Consultant will guide you through the menu planning process, service staff and chefs based on your final guest count and meal complexity, on-site banquet captain, all service ware and setup for food and beverage items, food cards, and delivery.

 

WHEN IS MY FINAL GUEST COUNT DUE?

All final guest counts are due 7 days prior to your contracted event date.

 

CAN I DO A MENU TASTING?

Yes. Menu tastings are charged per/person with a maximum of 4 people. If you contract Yum Yum Catering, the tasting will be waived on your final invoice.

 

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN JUST CATERING SERVICES?

Our consultant can assist you with finding other vendors or enhancing the food and catering presentation with special rentals and displays.

I'M HOSTING MY EVENT AT A HOTEL, HOW DO YOU COORDINATE WIT THE HOTEL KITCHEN?

Our Consultant will schedule a meeting with the Hotel consultant and kitchen staff to properly coordinate all the details and items we need to cater a successful event.
